Delivery time is between 7 - 21 days depending on destination. This does not include processing time. If you need a rush order please email us at info[@] shopeloli.com to confirm.
Import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and you are responsible for paying these charges. All customs policies vary from country to country. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Payments are made directly on the website. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Apple Pay and PayPal payments. We charge you for your order in CAD $. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. All items are final sale except for defective items. Items will be exchanged up to 2 days of delivery. Please contact us at info [@] shopeloli.com to arrange the exchange.
We do not offer price adjustments. We are not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of International purchases.
